  Most awesome , I know you don't want to go to the hospital but if you do this is where you want to be. They use great skills ,and knowledge in heal you back up again

  The care, or lack there of, would never fly in the civilian world. If this was not a military facility they would have been sued and shut down. In the little of a year since I have had to deal with them they (at least 3 different departments) have never returned a call without me making a complaint to the patient advocate department. The OB department refused care to me after they stated "we released your referral" only to find out they released it to themselves. Currently I'm 22 weeks pregnant and had some complications a few weeks back. When I called the nurse line she said I should be seen with in a week. When I was connected to scheduling they said "no appointments available" and I was told "you will receive a call within 48 hours to schedule" that was 3 weeks ago. I'm scared and currently feel I have no care at all. It is sad that our military families get the very worst care (no care) when they sacrifice their families and lives for this country. I would complain, but it goes nowhere. Madigan is just allowed to get away with things that would not be acceptable if it weren't government.
