- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't pick Kaiser Permanente Healthcare if at all possible. It takes over a month to get an appointment in any department. The advice nurse's don't seem to know much, and ask to call you back, which they do 3 days later. Add to that the blatant disrespect I've encountered from a midwife in the OB/GYN department. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely do not go here if you are on some kind of bronze or low-coverage plan. Prices are through the roof! I should have asked for costs of things before agreeing, especially since I could have done what I needed somewhere else. Remember with convenience comes cost. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Always have received friendly and excellent care from all staff here. I've been here many times unfortunately because I tend to get ill a lot. Each time the service is fast and I'm well taken care of. They've saved me from going septic, were attentive to me when I fainted in the clinic today, I could go on. I'm happy to be a patient at KP. The Tacoma Medical Center especially has always been a reliable place to go. You can count on the staff almost always solving your urgent care issues.April 28, 2017by Callie Kaminski
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had several appointments here for different concerns -- cardiology, prostate, 'arthritis'. Care has been variable but competent. About what you'd expect. Staff are polite. My main gripe is that these services often aren't offered at the Olympia facility, the trip to Tacoma can involve at least a couple extra hours on crowded roads contributing to climate chaos.January 08, 2017by jeannettebill barrecayake
