- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Excessive wait times. Short brisk appointments and unprofessional attitude. Not friendly at all. Had his flunky do all the work for him. Dealt with this man on my L&I claim. Didn't like him from the moment I saw him. In official documents he called me and I quote "the 27 year old obese boy".
